We were there for 12 days (much too short!): One week in Ubud in the center of the island, then a few days on the beach in Sanur.

This precious jewel of the Indonesian archipelago reveals its essence in the deep spirituality which is manifested through daily rituals in which the intimate relationship between men, gods and nature is celebrated with joy and intense participation.
The air is full of scents of flowers and incense, accompanying us always, even before diving.
The underwater images have been filmed among the strong currents of Lembongan Island and its black sea beds of Tulamben, where the spectacular wreck of the Liberty rests.

GO PRO HD

Wide angle timelapses were done with GO PRO HD, I used 7D & time remapping for the others.
For the Milky Way, I shot 1 picture every 20s during 1h30... manually :).

Edited in FCP, color-graded in After Effects.
